Dave's been cutting my hair for 18 months or so now - I've been growing it out and he's sorted me out and kept it looking good through the potentially awkward stages. Its great to find someone who cuts men's hair in longer styles, who likes doing it, and is good at it. What really stands out about having your hair cut by David is the amount of skill, time and care he puts into every appointment. There’s never any sense of being hurried in and out of the chair. David is incredibly precise with his cutting and takes as long as he needs to get everything exactly right. You have his complete attention throughout, which makes such a wonderful difference, compared with the usual busy salon experience. My wife and I both have our hair cut here and love the flexibility. We can arrange a time that works around us, including later appointments after work, and when we arrive we have the salon entirely to ourselves. No distractions and no rushing onto the next appointment... just complete privacy and a personal service where the focus is completely on your haircut and being listened to! There's never any 'pre-cut' anxiety and that's worth it's weight in gold. David also has a really popular laser tattoo removal service at the salon, which is well worth knowing about if you have any old ink you’ve been thinking about getting rid of. There’s plenty of free parking nearby too, and it’s only around 10–15 minutes from Manchester. David had a blank canvas with me as i dont often get my haircut. He did a beautiful job of giving my hair some body again. He also fitted me in on a sunday which was amazing considering my very busy schedule. I have already booked in with him for when im home visiting again as he is so much more than a hairdresser. OMG Dave has absolutely made my day, in fact he's actually changed my life. For years I've struggled with salons not listening and giving me what I wanted. From the moment I spoke to Dave on the phone to going to his salon, I instantly knew I trusted him with my hair. I didn't have to tell him what I wanted, he knew what I needed. I actually cried when I got home as I was so happy with the results. Dave is now my forever hairdresser.
